dcs's first product, still a major pillar of the company, was robin, which links tour operators and service providers to a multiple computer reservation system.
Around 140 tour operators and service providers are currently linked to the dcs computer centre through robin, which enables them to take online bookings through all major reservation systems.
dcs has been operating its own merlin reservation system since 1995.
Within a very short space of time, merlin has become the second-largest computer reservation system for the travel industry in Germany.
